Shortlisting of Candidates

         

           Where the recruitment rules specifically provide for recruitment through examination and Viva Voce test, the Commission adopt the method for shortlisting of the candidates on the basis of marks secured in the written examination and in the case of recruitment through viva voce test only, the Commission in consideration of the volume of applications, adopt the method of shortlisting either by conducting a preliminary screening test or on the basis of career assessment. In making the career assessment , the Commission follow a uniform principle so that every candidate's career is appropriately evaluated.
