            The interview of eligible candidates, pursuant to Advertisement No.3 of 2005/06 for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Surgeon in Class-II(Group ‘B’) of Orissa Medical & Health Services cadre under Health & F.W. Department will be held from the 18^th August, 2005 till it is over except public holidays at 10.30 A.M. each day in the office of the Commission, at- 19, Dr.P.K.Parija Road, Cuttack. The candidates are advised to remain present in the Commission’s office with all original documents for verification at 9.00 A.M. sharp on each of interview.

 

2.                  Intimation letters to the concerned candidates are being issued separately by Speed Post/Registered Post. The candidates are advised to read the instructions as laid down in the intimation letter and comply with the instructions unfailingly.

 

3.                  Mobile phones, pagers or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises of the Commission. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examination.
